Crochet Heart Pillow-a Valentine’s Day Gift

crochet heart pillow

Hello my friends!!

February is here and Valentine’s Day even closer 🙂 I hope you are all well and ready to make something new this week for your loved ones!!

I learned how to make a Crochet Heart Pillow and I am so excited to share it with you!!

Are you ready?

Isn’t it lovely? I am in love with it!! Well, my daughter is in possession of it now….as it happens with most of my projects but she is so worth it!!

Mr. D will just have to have some cake for Valentine’s 🙂

How to make this Crochet Heart Pillow

First of all, I used PaintBox yarn.

But you can use any yarn you like or have!! I also used a crochet hook size 3 but again, use a hook that is appropriate for your yarn!

Last but not least, I watched and followed the instructions of Jayda Institches on YouTube!! She gives clear and easy to follow instructions, so I highly recommend it 🙂

It will probably take you a whole morning to finish off, if you are doing it for the first time. That is because you need to be counting your stitches but as soon as you get the hang of it, then it should take less time.

I have already made a couple and plan to make some more….I am a crochet addict after all 😛

What you can also do, is to make a few extra stitches and make a face or even decorate it with pretty buttons!!

Here is the second one I made!

I still went for red yarn but this time I added a sleepy face!!

I hope you make one for you or your loved one and I promise you will get hooked….literally….:)

Have a fab week and make it as creative as possible!!
