Crochet Stroller Blanket – Granny Square Inspiration Series

Happy Monday everyone 🙂

I hope you are all well and enjoying this month! I am in such a creative mood right now and that’s because I have more time in my hands to learn something new. It has been sometime since I sat in front of my laptop with YouTube on and my hook in hand!!

So, happy days for me and soon I can show you all the latest projects I have been working on!

This week’s project is something I have been working for the last couple of months and I am totally in love with it!

I made this adorable Crochet Stroller Blanket for when my baby girl arrives 🙂

I love the colors and since my baby is arriving in Spring, what a better way to celebrate that!! The yarn is 100 % cotton and is lightweight and it has a lovely soft feel to it.

Back in 2017 I started the Granny Square Inspiration Series, where I show you easy-to-make projects with granny squares. This one is no exception. This blanket consists of 6 giant granny squares joined together. I then, added a simple edging and the result is more than I expected.

There is one question to ask!!!

Should I added a lining to it or not?

Do let me know what you think on the comments below 🙂

    1. Hi Janet 🙂 Thank you for stopping by! I didn’t follow any particular pattern. I did 6 giant granny squares and joined them together. I then crochet around with sc to give a nice smooth finish. Check out my blog post on basic granny squares:
