easter bunny card

Hello everyone 🙂

Wow…March is almost over and Easter is close! So close in fact, that I must do some preparations and get our home ready! Mr.D’s mum (my mother-in-law) is coming from the US to experience her first Greek Easter! That should be so interesting and I can’t wait to see the look in her face when she sees the feast on Easter Sunday!

A DIY Easter Card is a nice little touch to the Easter basket you will preparing for friends and/or family!

So, let’s start by  listing the things you will need!!

  1. card paper (any color/design)
  2. colored paper (green)
  3. felt (orange)
  4. mini pom poms (have a look here to learn how to make them)
  5. letters (can be card, stickers or other material)
  6. glue
  7. scissors
  8. bunny template

  1. Cut the bunny template
  2. cut the green colored to resemble grass
  3. fold the card paper in two
  4. cut the letters
  5. make two mini pom poms (one pink and one green)
  6. cut the orange felt into a triangle

It is time to assemble everything and place them on the card. Use a strong glue, so the pom poms and felt stay put. Fold the felt triangle like a cone and add the green pom pom on it, to look like a carrot!!

    1. Thank you so much for stopping by 🙂

  1. So sweet of you and generous to share bunny templates, appreciate having choice to use. Your card is so cute but simple, what I like most. Will make one for our daughter’s home and grand daughter who is in college in CA. In fact she had chance last summer to see little bit of Greece on her off time from being an auPair in Italy. Boy do I envy that girl all she got to see.
Have read books and seen photos of how beautiful your country is. How nice your mil will be visiting your home for Easter, hope her visit is filled with happy times.

Have wonderful Sunday and new week.
