DIY Crochet Washcloth

LoveCrochet

Hi!!! I am so happy to share something new I learned recently. As always, looking through so many lovely crafty websites, I came across Potter & Bloom!

I love their pictures and easy how-to instructions. So, I came across the Suzette Stitch and I fell in love 🙂 It is so pretty and it is so easy to do! It is perfect for beginners too 😉

Here is the video to try it out:

And because I always have some left over yarn(that is not enough for a bigger project), I decided to crochet my first washcloth!

I used 100% cotton yarn and a 3mm hook. I am so happy with this creation, especially watching it take shape and grow. It took me very little time to make and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Why Washcloths are good for your skin?

  • they can be washed and reused again and again
  • they can have whatever color you like
  •  they remove makeup residues better
  • they do a good job exfoliating your skin

*Use cotton yarn in whatever color you like! Make a few different ones, so that you can wash them often!

These washcloths can be a cute gift for any girl or woman. Add a natural soap or a cream and you can have a pretty gift that any girl will appreciate!

Good Luck!

I would love to see any projects you completed with this particular stitch, so leave a comment below and tell me all about it!
