Christmas Tree Decoration
On Sundays usually me and my daughter are very keen to do different crafts. Sometimes though, we get too excited and want to do a million things. Not enough time for that, so today I thought about doing a Christmas tree decoration! It is easy and quick and so cute!
So, all you are going to need is : green felt, red thread and needle, a pair of scissors and some cute ribbon. Oh, I forgot…and some cotton wool!
First, cut the green felt in the shape of a Christmas tree. I folded a piece of felt and then drew a Christmas tree. I cut it and then that’s the result! not bad…
Start by stitching around the tree and then when you have done most it, add inside the cotton wool. Make sure you there is enough cotton to be nice and puffy! Then finish off the stitch. When this is done, cut the ribbon and do a little loop and stitch that on the top of the tree. Lastly, use the rest of the ribbon to do a bow and stitch that as well. Okay, my stitches are a bit wonky at different places but I am sure when I do the next one is going to be perfect!!!! Well, all it matters is that me and my daughter enjoyed the process!
what you will have is a cute and beautiful decoration for your Christmas tree or for a gift to someone else!!
Happy Holidays to everyone 🙂 May the New Year bring more joy, more love, more luck, more crafts, more hugs!!!!
